Jaeson Ma

Jaeson Ma is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and investor in entertainment, media, and technology. He is the Founder of East West Ventures, which connects markets across Asia and the United States, and the Chairman and Co-Founder of EST Media Holdings, a global media group that includes EST Studios, Eastern Standard Times, and OpenWav. His investments include TikTok, Coinbase, Anthropic AI, Grab, Brain.ai, XPeng, Triller, and Dark Horse Comics. He has been named to the Variety 500 list for three consecutive years and is a member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle.

Ma co-founded 88rising and Stampede Ventures, and serves as General Partner at CAA Caravan Digital Studios and Venture Partner at Goodwater Capital. Over his career, he has helped launch and advise ventures that have raised billions in capital across global markets.
