Rachel Masters has spent over two decades advancing and amplifying the creator economy through high-impact events, community architecture, and content strategy for global talent and technology leaders. Her work spans Michelin-starred chefs, iconic musicians, and visionary entrepreneurs shaping the future of media and commerce. She currently advises companies, creators, and communities across emerging technology and consumer sectors representing more than 500 million collective followers.
Rachel has designed and curated conference tracks, brand experiences, and stages at leading global gatherings including VidCon, the 1 Billion Follower Summit, CES, Miami Art Basel, and the World Economic Forum in Davos. Previously, Rachel was Vice President of Marketing at Mighty Networks, where she helped define the platform’s positioning and community strategy. Before that, she served as Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Ning and held senior roles at Warner Music Group, where she helped pioneer digital fan engagement for artists at the intersection of music and technology.
Rachel holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. from Brandeis University, graduating cum laude with High Honors.
