Juan Carlos Holguín, Ecuadorian entrepreneur who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador between 2022 and 2023. He is the president of Hiberus in Latin America, the fastest-growing technology company in Spain.
He is currently a columnist for Diario Expreso and a member of the Board of Directors of Teleamazonas and Primicias, two of Ecuador's leading media outlets. He is also an external advisor to the IDB and a member of the FIFA Institutional Relations Committee.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Universidad de las Américas in Ecuador. He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and is currently a PhD candidate in Government at the University of Navarra in Spain.
