Arda Atalay is the Head of LinkedIn Talent Solutions for the Middle East and North Africa, where he leads regional growth and oversees an expanding in-house team. With 30 years of experience across global technology multinationals Oracle and SAP, and an early career as a financial auditor at PwC, he brings deep expertise in sales, consulting, and organizational transformation. Since joining LinkedIn in 2015, he has also served on several boards, including Education for Employment, which works to reduce youth unemployment in the Arab world.
Arda has built a reputation for strategic leadership across the Middle East, guiding large enterprises through evolving technology landscapes and advising senior executives on workforce readiness and digital talent solutions.
