Damon Bunetta
Damon Bunetta is the CEO and Co-Founder of Big Family Music, the creative powerhouse formed in 2025 through the merger of Big Family and London’s PMR Records. With more than 15 years in music and entertainment, he has guided the commercial and creative rise of Grammy, BRIT, and Ivor Novello Award–winning talent, overseeing catalogs that surpass 80 billion global streams. His roster includes leading songwriters, producers, and artists such as Julian Bunetta, John Ryan, Grant Boutin, Mags Duval, Matt Zara, Amber Mark, and SG Lewis.
Bunetta has been involved in major chart milestones, including Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control,” which set the record for the longest-running Top 10 single in Billboard Hot 100 history, and Alex Warren’s “Ordinary,” which broke the U.S. Pop Airplay record for most weeks at No. 1. Before founding Big Family, he served as General Manager of Syco Music US under Simon Cowell, contributing to the global rise of One Direction, Fifth Harmony, and Camila Cabello. Earlier, at BMG Chrysalis, he helped develop one of Los Angeles’s most forward-thinking songwriting communities.
At BRIDGE Summit, Damon will share insights on building world-class music companies, developing global creative talent, and navigating the evolving landscape of songwriting, streaming, and artist development.
