Gordan Dillard is the co-founder and co-CEO of Good Day Management, where he leads the career of global superstar Doja Cat alongside his partner Josh Kaplan. A Billboard 40 Under 40 honoree and Power 100 inductee, Dillard is recognized for turning creative talent into global brands. Since beginning his partnership with Doja Cat in 2019, he has guided her rise to Grammy-winning success, including the platinum album Scarlet, the Billboard #1 single Paint The Town Red, her first arena tour, Coachella headlining set, and major brand collaborations with Brisk and Taco Bell.

Before launching Good Day in 2023, Dillard built his career at Motown Records under Sylvia Rhone, at BET, and later through his own venture, The Untitled Group. He went on to serve as Executive Vice President of A&R at Capitol Records and as part of Maverick, helping shape the careers of artists such as Ice Spice, Doechii, and Offset.
