Saad Sarwar
Saad Sarwar is a Dubai-raised, Canadian-educated entrepreneur and the co-founder of 8Flamez, the Middle East’s leading talent management agency, best known for partnering with the region’s largest YouTuber, AboFlah, to drive creator-led brand growth across MENA.
After starting his career in banking in New York and at HSBC in London, Saad transitioned into the gaming and esports industry, becoming Sales Director at Fnatic, where he built industry-first partnerships and scaled global commercial teams. In 2015, he co-founded OG Esports and the creative agency Level99—the former went on to win over $35 million in tournaments, while the latter was acquired by China’s Wanda Group and later included in a NASDAQ listing.
Today, through 8Flamez, Saad focuses on decoding authentic creator influence, investing in promising startups, and crafting distribution-first brand strategies for the next generation of media-driven businesses across the region.
