Dr. Eric Guo

Dr. Guo Yandong is the Founder and CEO of AI² Robotics. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2013, where he studied under Professor Jan P. Allebach, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering.
Dr. Guo is a rare expert in the industry specializing in “AI + intelligent hardware.” He has served as Chief Scientist at OPPO, leading advanced research and development. Prior to that, he worked as a researcher at Microsoft’s headquarters in Seattle and later as Chief Scientist at Xpeng Motors, holding several senior management positions.
He received the First Prize for Technological Invention from the China Image and Graphics Society in 2021. Dr. Guo has published more than 100 papers in top international conferences and journals, has nearly 10,000 citations, and holds hundreds of patents worldwide.
