Donna Budica is the Co-Founder and COO of TEN2 Media, a content distribution and music marketing company that helps artists maximize revenue, reach, and audience engagement on YouTube. With a Finance degree from The Wharton School and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, she has worked across film, television, and brand strategy, including roles at CAA and consulting for Spotify, Samsung, and Diageo. She led the creation of LaunchPad, TEN2’s martech platform built with Google to equip artists with tools and insights to unlock monetization.
Donna’s career sits at the intersection of music, entertainment, and digital innovation. At TEN2 Media, she leads corporate strategy, operations, and scalable growth initiatives, all grounded in transparency, financial empowerment, and information symmetry for artists. Her mission is to democratize access to the resources and data that traditionally have been reserved for a select few in the music industry.
