Donna Budica is the Co-Founder and COO of TEN2 Media, a content distribution and music marketing company that helps artists maximize revenue, reach, and audience engagement on YouTube.
With a degree in Finance from The Wharton School and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, Donna’s career bridges music, entertainment, and digital innovation. Her experience spans film, television, and brand strategy — from early roles at CAA to consulting for companies such as Spotify, Samsung, and Diageo.
At TEN2 Media, she leads corporate strategy, operations, and scalable growth initiatives, driving the company’s mission to democratize access to meaningful resources for artists. This vision inspired the creation of LaunchPad, TEN2’s martech platform built in partnership with Google, which equips artists with the tools and insights to optimize content and unlock YouTube monetization.
Guided by her core values of transparency, financial empowerment, and information symmetry, Donna is dedicated to helping artists navigate the evolving music industry with confidence and sustainability.
