Matt Higgins
Matt Higgins is a leading venture investor, entrepreneur, and Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he co-teaches the course Moving Beyond Direct-to-Consumer. He became the first Shark to appear on both the U.S. and Dubai editions of Shark Tank. As Co-Founder and CEO of RSE Ventures, created with Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, he has built a multi-billion-dollar portfolio including Magnolia Bakery, Momofuku, and hundreds of high-growth companies across sports, entertainment, media, marketing, and technology; many featured among Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.
His 2023 debut book, Burn the Boats, was a Wall Street Journal bestseller. Alongside Gary Vaynerchuk and Eric Wattenberg, he co-founded VaynerWatt, a production studio behind scripted and unscripted series such as Home Team on Amazon Prime. A recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, Higgins also serves on the board of Autism Speaks.
