Luke joined The Economist Group in August 2024 and leads The Economist business. He brings extensive experience in digital transformation, product development, and global brand growth.
Prior to joining The Economist Group, Luke was General Manager of Disney+ EMEA, where he oversaw the platform’s launch and rapid expansion across the region, driving strategy, operations, and commercial performance. Before that, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Sky, leading the transformation of its on-demand services and the launch of several innovative products.
Earlier in his career, Luke held leadership roles in digital, business development, and strategy at BBC Worldwide, where he contributed to the company’s international growth and digital initiatives.
