Aryeh B. Bourkoff

Aryeh B. Bourkoff is the Chairman and CEO of LionTree, an independent merchant bank known for its deep expertise in advising and investing across media, entertainment, technology, telecom, and consumer sectors. A globally recognized dealmaker, he has guided many of the most transformative transactions in digital media, working closely with CEOs, creators, and investors to shape the future of connected industries.

Under his leadership, LionTree has grown into a renowned global platform spanning M&A advisory, capital markets, and asset management, empowering companies to navigate disruption through strategic insight, long-term partnership, and access to capital. Before founding LionTree, Aryeh spent 13 years at UBS, where he served as Vice Chairman and Head of Americas Investment Banking.
Aryeh also serves on the boards of Nobu, Yahoo, and Carnegie Hall, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
