Carole House is the Founder and CEO of Penumbra Strategies, an emerging technology and national security advisory firm, and the former White House National Security Council (NSC) leader, where she served as Special Advisor for Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure and Director for Cybersecurity and Secure Digital Innovation.
As a seasoned governance, risk, and compliance professional, Carole has shaped technology and cybersecurity programs across the White House, U.S. Treasury, and Senate Homeland Security Committee, as well as the private sector. She has received the Fed100 Award and AFFIRM’s Leadership in Crisis Award, and her expertise has been featured in the Atlantic Council, Bloomberg, and other leading publications.
