Uche Pedro is the Founder of BellaNaija, Africa’s leading lifestyle and advocacy digital media company with a community of more than 12 million Africans across the continent and diaspora. She has been honoured by Forbes Africa as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Africa, selected as a laureate of the French-African Foundation, and named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Through BellaNaija and its superbrands, Uche has helped transform multiple creative industries by amplifying African voices, shaping global perception, and driving digital-economy growth.

In 2025, she co-led the landmark “Her Money, Her Power” campaign with The She Tank and BellaNaija, achieving more than 1 billion digital impressions and advancing financial empowerment for women across Africa. Uche holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and a Mid-Career MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
