Shaina Zafar

Shaina Zafar is an Executive at the Next Gen Practice at UTA Marketing and the former Co Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of JUV Consulting, acquired by United Talent Agency in 2024. An American Muslim raised by first generation Pakistani parents, she has built an early career at the intersection of culture, media, and youth trends. She is a sought after speaker who has presented at global brands and events including L’Oréal, Mondelez, KPMG, the U.S. Travel Tourism Conference, and Cannes Lions.

At UTA Marketing, Shaina leads new business, thought leadership, events, PR, and community engagement with talent and brands. She has authored several of the company’s Gen Z yellowpapers and writes The Screenshot, a weekly newsletter followed by more than 5,000 professionals. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, she studied International Relations with minors in South Asian Studies and Consumer Psychology and serves on multiple boards across the Penn community, Yahoo MAKERS, and NowThis.
