Sarah Meron

Sarah Meron is the Head of Corporate Affairs and Brand at IBM, where she oversees corporate communications, brand marketing, employee engagement, social media, and industry analyst relations globally. Before joining IBM, she led communications for Gap Inc. and its portfolio of brands, including Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta, and previously served as Corporate Communications Lead at Yahoo, where she was also the company’s primary spokesperson.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held senior communications roles at American Express, supporting merchant services, corporate affairs, and advertising, and began her career at Carnegie Hall. She earned a degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.

At BRIDGE Summit, Sarah Meron will offer tangible strategies for leading through transformation, aligning internal culture with brand purpose, and how brands can have authentic communication and voice in the age of AI and social change.
