Sara Essa

Sara Essa is building her presenting and commentary career across some of sport’s most prominent stages, with credits including Formula 1, Red Bull TV, Premier Padel, the World Padel Championships, the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open, Dubai 24H, and the Burj2Burj Half Marathon. Her work is driven by a passion for storytelling and a natural ability to connect with both athletes and audiences.
Beyond presenting, Sara is the founder of Padel Collective, a project born from her love of the sport and a vision to make it more inclusive and accessible. What began as community matchplay has expanded into leagues, tournaments, corporate events, and women’s initiatives. She notably led the introduction of padel at the Emirates Dubai 7s in 2023, a pivotal step in expanding the sport’s footprint across the UAE and GCC.
Sara also founded Women in Sport MENA, bringing together women working across the industry to create a support network where collaboration strengthens impact. The platform fosters connection, shared growth, and collective action toward shaping the future of sport in the region.
Combining sports expertise, on-air presence, and a commitment to empowering communities, Sara is helping shape a more inclusive and dynamic sports landscape across the Middle East.
