Salem Alotaibi is a GenAI strategist and systems builder who ranked second out of 3,850 participants from 125 countries in the AI Global Prompt Engineering Challenge 2025, placing him among the top prompt engineers worldwide. With more than 20 years in technology and over five years dedicated to artificial intelligence, he helps governments and enterprises convert AI ambition into operational systems through executive strategy and advanced generative AI development.
His work spans AI-powered applications, automation pipelines, virtual avatars, multimodal production tools, speech and video synthesis, and scalable LLM-driven content systems for corporate and public sector clients. Based in Kuwait and active across the GCC, he designs AI roadmaps, builds end-to-end platforms, and trains organizations to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
