Roman Di Somma

Roman Di Somma is Head of International Talent at CAA Sports, a division of Creative Artists Agency that represents more than 3,000 of the world’s top athletes across major sports. Based in London, he represents many of the leading football players and Formula One drivers, including Daniel Ricciardo and Son Heung Min, as well as other high profile international talents.

Roman began his career at CAA Sports in 2012 and has since played a key role in building the agency’s global footprint in athlete representation. Beyond on field careers, he helps clients unlock opportunities in areas such as endorsements, content, licensing, speaking, philanthropy, and digital ventures. He holds a master’s degree in Management from London Business School.

At BRIDGE Summit, Roman will discuss the future of athlete brands, how talent representation is evolving in a creator led world, and the global opportunities that exist at the intersection of sports, media, and business.
