Regina Kim is a journalist and Forbes contributor covering Korean pop culture and Asian American–led entertainment. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, HuffPost, CNN, and ELLE, among others, and she has interviewed leading Korean actors, directors, producers, and K-pop artists, helping bring Asian stories to global audiences.

In 2025, she moderated a panel on fandom and Korean entertainment at SXSW and hosted fan meetings with top Korean actors at KCON LA, the world’s largest annual K-culture festival. She has also appeared as a guest commentator on NPR, BBC, CBC, KBS WORLD Radio, and Arirang News. Before joining Forbes, Regina worked with Netflix, DramaFever, the World Economic Forum, and the Smithsonian. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
