Rawan Al Dabbas is the IFPI MENA Regional Director, leading the global trade association for the recorded music industry across the Middle East and North Africa. With more than nine years of experience as a legal and policy expert in the creative industries, she focuses on strengthening the legal and regulatory framework for recorded music and advocating for the rights and value of music creators in the region.
At BRIDGE Summit, Rawan will discuss the evolution of the music industry in MENA, the importance of strong rights frameworks, and how policy, technology, and creativity can work together to unlock growth for artists and rights holders.
