Rasha Khalifa Al Mubarak
Rasha Khalifa Al Mubarak is the Co Founder and Chairwoman of Music Nation, the UAE’s premier CMO, and Music City UAE, a purpose built music destination developed in partnership with Universal Music Group. She is a humanitarian, philanthropist, and creative patron from the United Arab Emirates, dedicated to supporting displaced youth and strengthening family resilience in the modern world. She also serves on the board of INARA, a global nonprofit providing medical and mental health support to children affected by conflict.
Her work spans music, film, and the arts, where she champions emerging creative talent and platforms that amplify regional voices. She is a storyteller and the Founder of Naiy Production House, a film production and experiential company focused on cross cultural narratives. Rasha is the Executive Producer of Seize the Summit, an award winning documentary highlighting the struggles of global refugees, and is a founding member of the Advisory Committee of Friends of Abu Dhabi Art.
At BRIDGE Summit, Rasha will discuss culture as a force for connection, the creative sector’s role in building social resilience, and how storytelling can elevate empathy, identity, and opportunity across communities.
