Pilar Gil
Pilar Gil holds a degree in Economics from ICADE and executive education from IESE. She joined PRISA in 2000 and has since played a leading role in shaping the Group’s financial evolution, including the IPO, capital increases, refinancing programs, and long term strategic planning. In May 2025, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of PRISA Media.
Since joining the company, Pilar has held senior leadership positions including Chief Cabinet to the President, Finance Director, Executive Director, and Vice Chairwoman of the Group. She has also overseen PRISA’s first Capital Markets Day and helped define the Group’s current strategic roadmap as it transitions for a technology driven media landscape.
At BRIDGE Summit, Pilar will discuss transformation in legacy media, leadership in times of disruption, and how strong financial governance can support innovation and sustainability across global publishing and media.
