Liz Heller is the Managing Partner of memBrain and a tech and media innovator, entrepreneur, investor, and producer whose award-winning career spans global brand marketing, entertainment, music, and technology. Recognized by USA Today as the “godmother” of the women’s cyber movement in Hollywood, she has held senior roles at MCA, Island Records, and served as Executive Vice President of Capitol Records during the pivotal era when music, audio, and the internet converged. Her producing credits include the feature film The Basketball Diaries and major television and concert productions.
Liz has led growth and engagement initiatives for TOMS, Product(RED), and early-stage projects such as Tim Kring’s Conspiracy for Good, and has provided strategic insight to companies including Microsoft, Intel, Apple, Value Retail, the LA Tech Council, and the LA Clean Energy Incubator. She continues to invest in and advise early-stage startups, working at the intersection of technology, culture, and social impact.
