Katie Carroll is the Global Head of Community Programs at LinkedIn, where she leads initiatives that empower professionals to share their voices, spark meaningful conversations, and thrive as creators. Over her twelve years at LinkedIn, she has shaped the platform’s approach to news coverage, content product innovation, and creator community development.
Before joining LinkedIn, Katie was the Editorial and Social Media Director at Pulse, the pioneering news-reading app later acquired by LinkedIn, and at Hipstamatic, one of the first breakout iPhone photography startups. Originally from California and now based in London, she was endorsed by Tech Nation for the UK’s Global Talent Visa and holds degrees in Rhetoric and Political Science from UC Berkeley.
