Jawaher Abdelhamid is Head of Public Policy at Snap Inc. for the Middle East and Africa, where she leads regulatory and government affairs across a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Her work focuses on online safety, data privacy, content regulation, and responsible innovation in technologies such as AI and AR, helping build a balanced environment that supports both growth and protection.

Jawaher previously held policy and partnership roles at Uber and Twitter, where she led the development and implementation of regulatory strategies across MENA. She is a mentor with Women in Tech and a member of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Young Arab Leaders network. She holds a Master’s in International Law and Diplomacy from Sorbonne University and a Master’s in Management and Strategy from Harvard.

At BRIDGE Summit, Jawaher will examine how platforms, policymakers, and communities can collaborate to build safer, more inclusive digital spaces and what responsible innovation should look like in the coming decade.
