Jane Turton

Jane Turton became Chief Executive Officer of All3Media in 2015 and has since built the group, owned by RedBird IMI, into a fast-growing, world-class content business comprising more than 40 award-winning independent production, distribution, and digital media companies. These companies produce content for broadcasters and digital platforms around the globe.

All3Media International, the group’s distribution arm, manages a catalogue of over 30,000 hours of content across all genres, sold to more than 1,000 broadcasters and platforms worldwide. It has been consistently recognised as the UK’s leading distributor in annual industry peer polls.

Little Dot Studios, All3Media’s award-winning digital content agency and media network, is one of the world’s largest distributors of premium content on social video platforms.
With deep expertise spanning broadcasting, production, and business operations, Jane combines strategic acumen with creative leadership to drive sustainable growth across the organisation. Her focus remains on ensuring All3Media’s companies attract the very best talent and operate with creativity and commercial excellence at their core.

Jane joined All3Media in 2008 as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, becoming COO in 2011. Before that, she held senior executive roles at ITV—serving as Director of Commercial and Business Affairs and Director of Business Affairs at ITV Studios and ITV Network, the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster and streamer.

Her earlier career included leadership roles at Granada Television, United Productions, and Meridian Broadcasting. Jane is a Fellow of the Royal Television Society and serves as Chair of its Board of Trustees. In June 2022, she was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Jubilee Birthday Honours for her outstanding contribution to the television production industry.
