Hussein Freijeh

Hussein Freijeh is the Vice President and General Manager of Snap Inc. for the Middle East and North Africa, where he oversees regional strategy, partnerships, and long term growth. He leads initiatives that strengthen Snap’s presence across MENA and supports the development of innovative tools for creators, advertisers, and users. His leadership has contributed to the platform’s expanding cultural and commercial impact.

Previously, Hussein served as Managing Director of Yahoo for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, guiding the company’s regional expansion and digital footprint. Before that, he played a central role in building Maktoob into one of the most influential digital companies in the Arab world. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University.
