Chief International Anchor, IMI

Hadley Gamble is IMI’s Chief International Anchor and a columnist for Semafor, known for high-impact interviews that have shaped global political and financial conversations. She delivers original reporting and exclusive interviews across IMI’s network, including The National, Sky News Arabia, CNN Business Arabic, and Al Ain News. Hadley’s headline-making exchanges with world leaders have influenced markets and policy decisions, including her 2021 challenge to Vladimir Putin on Europe’s energy security and her 2023 conversation with King Abdullah II of Jordan that ignited international debate on the concept of an Arab NATO.

Over the past 15 years, she has reported on the Middle East’s most defining moments, from the Arab Spring to the Aramco attacks. Before joining IMI, she spent more than a decade at CNBC covering energy, geopolitics, and financial markets. She began her career in Washington, D.C., with ABC News and Fox News, producing political coverage of the 2008 U.S. presidential debates, election night, and the inauguration of President Barack Obama.
