Faisal J. Abbas is the Editor-in-Chief of Arab News. He is also an author, journalist, editorial board member of Al Arabiya news channel, and deputy chairman of the Saudi Journalists Association. A journalist for over 20 years, he has written for Semafor, Newsweek, Foreign Policy, The Huffington Post, and Asharq Al-Awsat.

Abbas has been awarded numerous prizes for his efforts to bridge the communication gap between the West and the Arab world. His recently published book, Anecdotes of an Arab Anglophile, is a bestseller in Saudi Arabia.
