Dr. Guo Yandong is the Founder and CEO of AI² Robotics and a leading expert in “AI + intelligent hardware.” He received the First Prize for Technological Invention from the China Image and Graphics Society in 2021, has published over 100 papers with nearly 10,000 citations, and holds hundreds of patents worldwide.
Dr. Guo has held senior roles across some of China’s most innovative technology companies. He served as Chief Scientist at OPPO, driving advanced research and development; previously, he worked as a researcher at Microsoft headquarters in Seattle and later as Chief Scientist at Xpeng Motors, holding several senior management positions. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2013, under Professor Jan P. Allebach, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering.
