Abir El Saghir
Abir El Saghir is a Lebanese chef, social media creator, and entrepreneur with a global following. She has more than 28 million followers on TikTok and 10 million on Instagram, where she shares vibrant, visually rich recipes. She hosted the Ramadan cooking show Abir’s Kitchen and was named to Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30 after winning the Joy Award for Favorite Female Influencer.
Originally trained in interior design, Abir turned her passion for cooking into a digital platform that blends culinary creativity with cultural storytelling. She founded the clothing brand La Abirz and launched the Cook for Lebanon with Abir initiative to support displaced communities. Her work combines food, identity, and philanthropy in a way that resonates with audiences worldwide.
