By registering for, attending, or engaging with BRIDGE Summit (hereinafter referred to as "BRIDGE," "the Summit," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are a binding legal agreement between you and BRIDGE Summit, so please read them carefully.

1. Ticketing & Event Access

  • Tickets are sold only through BRIDGE’s official platforms. Each ticket is issued to a named individual and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged without prior authorization.
  • Entry may require valid government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the ticket. In some cases, the payment card used for purchase may also be required.
  • Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or secondary markets (e.g., third-party websites or scalpers) will not be honored.
  • BRIDGE reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these terms, dress code requirements, or other event policies.

2. Code of Conduct

BRIDGE is built on collaboration, respect, and connection. Attendees are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Avoid harassment, abuse, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
  • Respect the rights of other attendees, staff, and participants.

Violations may result in removal from the event without a refund.

3. Liability & Responsibility

  • BRIDGE is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.
  • Participation in the Summit is at your own risk. By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRIDGE, its organizers, partners, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or participation.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • BRIDGE reserves the right to modify the program, speaker lineup, or schedule at any time. While we strive to communicate changes promptly, such adjustments do not entitle attendees to refunds.
  • If the event is canceled due to force majeure, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control, BRIDGE may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content presented at BRIDGE, including talks, presentations, branding, designs, and promotional materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use event content without explicit written permission from the rights holder.

6. Photography, Video & Media Consent

  • By attending BRIDGE, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
  • BRIDGE reserves the right to use this material for marketing, promotional, archival, or informational purposes across any media channel, without compensation.
  • Attendees are generally allowed to capture content for personal use unless otherwise restricted. However, live streaming, commercial use, or disruptive recording is prohibited without written approval.

7. Data & Privacy

  • By attending, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Certain attendee details may be shared with service providers, partners, or sponsors if you opt in during registration.

8. Compliance with Laws

  • Attendees must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and venue rules while participating in BRIDGE.
  • Illegal activities, including unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials, will result in removal and potential legal action.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to resolution under UAE jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Updates to These Terms

BRIDGE may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
