Shadi Kandil leads TikTok’s Global Business Solutions across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Pakistan, and Central and South Asia, bringing more than twenty years of leadership in digital transformation and marketing innovation. Previously, he served as CEO of IPG Mediabrands METAP, where he guided the group through a major shift toward data driven communications, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Shadi is deeply connected to the global startup ecosystem, having served on the board of the analytics company Semeon and advising founders on positioning, fundraising, and governance. A committed lifelong learner, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Bocconi, focusing on future of work and leadership models.
